How Much Will I Make? On $320,000 listing you get paid $1,536.00,and on a $500,000 listing you get paid $2,400.00 at close of escrow. If you refer a buyer you make $1,280.00 on a $320,000 sale, and $2,000.00 on a $500,000 sale, at close of escrow.

Referral Rates

Referral amounts are based on a 2% commission to the listing office and 2.5% commission to the buyers agent. Referral rates are 30% for referring sellers and 20% for buyers with 80% paid to the referring agent and 20% retained by the company. All payments are made following close of escrow.

What Do I Have To Do? All you have to do is Sign Up and transfer your license to Realty Response Connections, then pass any referrals that you make, on to the company. It is as easy as handing out a business card. There are no sales meetings, no association dues, no floor time and no quotas. You never have to work with buyers or sellers and you can work from home! What Does It Cost? There is a one time fee of $75* to enroll. For that fee you get personalized business cards and referral cards. The only time you would ever have to spend any more money is to re-order business cards or to renew your license with the state. We do not charge any recurring fees.

*This is an introductory rate! This price is only available to the first 200 licensees that enroll. In order cover administrative and materials costs, the enrollment fee must be raised to $100 following the 200th enrollment, so act quickly!

Can I Refer Buyers or Sellers From Outside of California? Yes! Realty Response Connections can help buyers and sellers in any state in the country. There are no restrictions and your commission split is not affected. There might be times when the commission that the company is able to negotiate with an out-of-state broker might be slightly lower than 30% for sellers and 20% for buyers, but you still receive 80% of the total commission paid to Realty Response Connections.

Can I Give Referrals To My Sister At Another Real Estate Company? No. All referrals are processed through Realty Response Connections.

Can I Handle My Own Transactions? No. All transactions are handled by full-time Realtors® assigned by Realty Response Connections. If you are interested in a full-time career in real estate visit www.RealtyResponse.com.

I Am Not Licensed Yet, Does That Matter? In the state of California it is illegal for a broker to pay a commission to any non-licensed person for real estate activities, so you must have a current, California real estate license. Provisional Licenses are o.k. and we are happy to hire brand new agents.

How Do I Get My California Real Estate License? In order to become a licensed real estate salesperson in California you must pass Real Estate Principles and take the state exam through the Department of Real Estate. You must also submit fingerprints through the Live Scan system. The process takes a few months and costs around $300 for the class, Live Scan and license, depending on the school you attend. Will I be a Realtor®? Only members of the National Association of Realtors® can be called "Realtors®". You may be a member of NAR, but it is not necessary. As a member of the Realty Response Connections team you will be called a "Marketing Associate".

What if I want to sell my own home You may buy or sell as many homes as you like through the company. Your home sales and purchases will be handled just like any other referral and you will be paid at the same rate.

Can I Work For Another Business Also? Yes! In fact this is a great opportunity for professionals. Accountants, Insurance Salespeople, Doctors and Lawyers all come in contact with home buyers and sellers on a regular basis. The only thing you can't do is work as a salesperson for another real estate office or broker. All of your real estate business must be done through Realty Response Connections.

Is This A Pyramid Scheme or Multi-Level Marketing? Absolutely Not! The Realty Response Connections sales force is made up of one level. Your commissions never get filtered through other people and no matter how many people join the team before or after you, your commission split never changes. In fact, everyone in the company gets paid at the same commission split.

Are There Any Incentives To Recruit Other Agents? Yes. We will pay you $100 dollars for every licensee that you recruit after their first closed escrow. There are no limits to how many people you can recruit, but you only get paid once for each new licensee.
