Referral Rates

Sample referral rates are based on a 2% commission to the listing office and 2.5% to the buyers agent. Referral rates for transactions handled by Realty Response, Inc. are 30% for sellers and 20% for buyers with 80% paid to the referring agent and 20% retained by Realty Response Connections. All payments are made following close of escrow.

Listing office and Buyer's agent commissions are set at the time that new listings are taken and may vary according to sellers' desires and market conditions. Also, the referral rate may vary for transactions not handled by Realty Response, Inc. Realty Response Connections agents always receive an 80% commission split.
